No problem! The Fight Club Challenge is made for any age group and can be modified according to your physical capabilities. By no means should anyone be excluded from joining The Fight Club Challenge. Can’t do a mile? That’s ok! Just do 20 min a day of consistent exercise that works for your own physical abilities!

Nope. Not at all! While the challenge is designed for Christian women and covers biblical principles, The Fight Club Challenge could also be a perfect introduction to the Lord for the non believer. Don’t be afraid to join in if you are new to faith or don’t know the Lord yet. Have a non believer friend that you want to invite? Great! This challenge is designed to help you meet and grow in the Lord no matter where you are in your spiritual journey!
